Life transitions can bring meaningful change while also leaving you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming. Changes in relationships, family roles, caregiving responsibilities, identity, and parenthood can affect how you experience yourself and the people closest to you.

I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, changing family dynamics, caregiving responsibilities, and significant life transitions. I have a particular focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to motherhood, including the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany this season of life.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your autonomy. Together, we can make space for what you are experiencing, build on your existing strengths, deepen understanding of yourself and your relationships, and navigate change in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Why I Care

My connection to this work is both professional and personal. Becoming a mother while navigating relocation, changing roles, and building a business gave me a deeper appreciation for how much can shift during seasons of transition, even when those changes are meaningful and deeply wanted.

My own journey into motherhood strengthened my interest in the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. It also deepened my appreciation for resilience, not as having everything figured out, but as the ways we adapt, reconnect with ourselves, and continue to grow through change.

These experiences continue to shape my work as a therapist and my passion for creating a space where women can feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate motherhood and other meaningful transitions.
